ur Hybrid solution is designed for enterprises to have control of on-premise hardware while enjoying the flexibility and scalability of the MTA SaaS. Email address maintenance is conducted in-house for security reasons, while mass email send-out is through SaaS.
Solution Overview
- Option A: Creating email eml format on-premises, and transfer to cloud-MTA for sending. PDF attachment can be encrypted before goes beyond cooperate office, excellent for sender with sensitive personal data (e.g. bank account balance statement.)
- Option B: Email recipient address and mail content sent over to ITPISON datacenter for email eml formatting and send out. Excellent for email without sensitive personal data like marketing newsletter.
Operation Model
Your email lists and mail content data are managed by yourself. This ensures information security and protects your email lists from being leaked. However, the MTA server is maintained by ITPison’s engineers.
Our Hybrid solution saves you from the need to hire an IT specialist for software and hardware maintenance, as well as the high management costs.
In most cases, the MTA server is located at ITPson’s data center. However, based on your needs, we are able to install our server in the country/region of your choice to meet legal requirements.
