Solution Overview
Depends on the usage requirements, dedicated server can be physical or virtual machine. This server includes web UI backend application (OMICard), database and formatting email EML for send out. Emails are using ITPISON’s cloud-MTA for send out.

Security Frameworks
- SSL/TLS Protocols
User Web delivery interface and HTTP API offer HTTPs/SSL connections. Catalog API provides SFTP connections. When sending emails/SMS, SSL/TLS encryption can also be used depending on recipients’ capacity.
- IP Restrictions
Users can set up IP restrictions such as User Web delivery interface, HTTP API, and SFTP/FTP connections.
- Device Restrictions
Device restrictions can be set for User Web interface and HTTP API. For example, only accepting certain types of browsers or restricted to non-mobile browsers.
- Login Alerts
Notifications will instantly be sent for every login attempt (via email, SMS, or third-party notification system).
- One-Time Password (OTP) Verifications
For regular logins, OTPs can be sent to verify user’s identity.
- Data Hashing
Email recipient lists can be encrypted before they are saved in permanent devices. Dual-password authentication (user-chosen and system-selected) ensures that unless one is given the two sets of passwords and knows the encryption method, he/she will not be able to obtain the original recipient lists.

Network Redundancy
- Cluster Systems
Multiple computer systems (at least two) are operating at the same time to ensure redundancy. If any device stops working, other devices will immediately back up, so that the operation is not affected. Ideal for clients with high delivery volume (20 million emails per day), or those with other special needs.
- Redundancy Systems
Consist of a host system and a redundancy system. In case if the host system stops operating, the redundancy system will automatically be activated.
